We were especially pleased with his involvement in the design phase, where his experience in home building saved us money through design improvements that allowed us to avoid costly changes during construction. Our home was very custom, incorporating design features and materials from the southern U.S. We found Dave to be very open to new ideas and concepts, even willing to ship materials from as far away as Louisiana. I saw one of his model homes years ago. I fell in love with his homes. Choosing his as a builder was the best decision we have ever made. Dave and his team are wonderful people. They helped us a lot as we were in Georgia during the build process, it was a great long distance relationship. They picked things out for us and it looked great! We did not have to worry about anything. Dave and his team were always available and everything was perfect. It was like we were there during the build, rather than 3,000 miles away.

Working with Dave and his associates is a pleasure. The quality of construction is unsurpassed and Dave’s attention to detail is not often found in other builders in the area. Dave kept us advised as to each stage of construction and promptly answered all of our questions.

Dave’s unending attention to detail is second to none. He expects and demands perfection from all of his contractors. We was responsive to any and all questions or concerns we had during the entire construction process. He is mindful of ways to save money without sacrificing quality.

Dave and his team did an excellent job on our home. Dave is a details guy, and when choosing a builder, that was something we were looking for. Throughout our build, Dave and his team would notice little things that we would have glanced over. Dave takes pride in his product and it shows.
